Contract

This contract is for services and products related to a photography shoot ( hereafter "the shoot" ) to take place at the location, date and time agreed upon when booking. 

Kyrie Warren ( the photographer ) agrees to provide no fewer than 15 photos for the client to view after the shoot and is not required to provide more than this number of images. Kyrie will perform basic post-processing or digital image editing services on these photos where artistically necessary.

Fees

In consideration for the photography services provided by the photographer, the client agrees to pay the sum of up to $65 ( depending on session choice ). The client agrees to pay the full amount no later than 48 hours prior to the shoot to secure the date and time requested. The photographer agrees to not advertise availability of this time slot to any other potential clients. If the client cancels this shoot for any reason, 50% of the payment will be returned to the client if canceled within 48 hours of the shoot.

The full balance for the photo shoot must be paid IN FULL no later than 48 hours prior to the shoot.

Work Product

The photographer will deliver, via email, 15 edited photos no later than 14 days after the shoot. 

All photos delivered to the client are licensed for the client's personal use only. Photos from the shoot are included in the price for the photography services. 

The photographer retains the rights to use photos from the shoot on her website, Facebook and Instagram pages to display her work publicly.
